How does booking a session work?

Open an expert’s profile, pick an available time, answer any intake questions and pay. Once payment is confirmed you get a meeting link and a calendar invite, and your session appears in your account.

Can I reschedule or cancel a session?

Yes. From your bookings you can reschedule to another available time. Cancellations may be eligible for a refund depending on how far in advance you cancel.

Where do the video calls happen?

Sessions run inside Taurus using our built-in video. Just open the meeting link from your booking a few minutes before the start time — no extra software required.

Question 5

What happens to my subscription if the expert opens their own community?

Nothing is lost. If an expert you subscribe to becomes a Community Builder, you keep full access to them — profile, exclusive content, bookings and messages — from your Subscriptions page. You will no longer find them in the public marketplace, but your relationship continues at Taurus’s standard terms until you cancel.

If I become a Community Builder, what happens to my subscribers?

Your existing subscribers keep their access and continue to reach you from their Subscriptions page (billed at Taurus’s standard commission). You leave the public marketplace, so you won’t gain new public subscribers. This only reverts if you cancel your Community Builder membership, which returns you to a regular expert.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments are handled by our secure payment provider. Your card details are never stored on Taurus’s servers.

How do refunds work?

If a session is cancelled or something goes wrong, an eligible booking can be refunded. The amount is returned to your original payment method and your account history is updated.

How do I become an expert?

If you are signed in as a learner, use “Become an expert” to start the expert onboarding. You’ll set up your profile, topics and availability, then you can start taking bookings.

How much commission does Taurus take?

Taurus keeps a 20% commission on each session. The remaining 80% is credited to your wallet as available balance once the payment is confirmed.

How and when do I get paid?

Your earnings build up as available balance in Earnings. Set a payout method, then request a withdrawal — an admin processes payouts to your chosen method.

What do I get with a PRO subscription?

PRO experts are featured higher in search results and display a PRO badge that builds trust. You can subscribe or cancel any time from the PRO page in your back office.

How do I change my language?

Taurus is available in English and Spanish. Change your language from your account settings; emails and notifications follow your preference.

How is my account kept secure?
